Usually, after each of the app updates, the system would ask you to upgrade the firmware of your Smart Candle Light. It is necessary to let the app upgrade the firmware of your device in order for the new functions to work properly.
Follow these steps:
Connect to Wi-Fi or Turn on the cellular data.
iOS system:Tap the “pencil” icon on the top left corner →Tap the Candle Light you would like to upgrade

Android system: Long press the Candle Light that you would like to upgrade
Tap “Update” (keep your device connecting to the network)
