Usually, after each of the app updates, the system would ask you to upgrade the firmware of your Smart Meter Plug. It is necessary to let the app upgrade the firmware of your device in order for the new functions to work properly.

1. Connect to Wi-Fi or Turn on the cellular data,and then turn on Bluetooth.
2. - iOS system:Tap on the “pencil” icon in the top left corner →Tap on the device that you would like to upgrade - Android system: Long press the device that you would like to upgrade
3. Tap on “Update” on the Device Settings page(keep your device connected to the Wi-Fi network and within 5m of the Smart Meter)

*You can also Tap the notification button  “Upgrade” when it appears to the right of the plug.
